1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 466bet platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. 466bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register a 466bet account you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

• Not already hold an existing 466bet account. Only one account per natural person is permitted.

466bet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose reasons, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility criteria have not been met.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

466bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 466bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 466bet account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times under normal circumstances are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically completed within 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or during mandatory KYC review. 466bet does not charge a fee on withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Currency: All account balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless you have specifically registered an INR-denominated account. Currency conversions, where applicable, are applied at the rate published on the platform at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

6. Betting Rules — Sports

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 466bet:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh fixtures). Where no official result is available within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, 466bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Bets placed after the event outcome has been determined but before the system has updated are void and will be cancelled.

• Obvious Errors: 466bet reserves the right to void and refund any bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred. A palpable error is defined as an error that a reasonable player would have been aware of at the time of placing the bet.

7. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games available on 466bet — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real dealer environments supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcome of each game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by 466bet or the player.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to its pre-determined outcome and settled accordingly when the connection is restored. 466bet accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device. • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.
